1. Who we are

This website, the AM Club app, and our services are operated by AM CLUB SRB DOO, Branka Ilića 3, Novi Sad, Serbia, Tax ID (PIB): 109253508, Company No. (MB): 21149888 (“AM Club”).

2. Acceptance

By using our website or app, or by buying a membership package, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use our services.

3. Our services

AM Club provides roadside assistance and related services (towing, on-site help, and similar) under membership packages. What each package covers, including limits on distance, number of interventions, and territory, is described on the package page at the time of purchase. That description forms part of these Terms.

4. Membership

• A membership is personal and is tied to the vehicle registered with it, unless the package says otherwise.
• You must give accurate information (name, phone, vehicle, plates) and keep it up to date.
• Coverage starts on the date stated in your confirmation, not the purchase date, unless stated otherwise.
• We may refuse or cancel a membership obtained with false information or used for abuse or fraud.

5. Requesting assistance

• Request help only through our official channels (064 127 8280 / app). We are not responsible for costs from services you arrange yourself without our approval.
• Assistance may be provided by our partner service providers.
• Arrival times are estimates and can depend on traffic, weather, location, and demand.
• Follow the instructions of our operators and stay in a safe place while you wait.

6. What is not covered

Unless your package says otherwise: repair costs and parts, fuel, damage caused intentionally or under the influence of alcohol or drugs, vehicles used in races or off-road events, and vehicles that are not roadworthy or not legally registered.

7. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in RSD with VAT included, where applicable. Payment is due in full when you buy. We may change prices, but changes don’t affect packages you’ve already paid for.

8. Right of withdrawal

Under Serbian consumer protection law, you may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, by contacting marko.amcsrbija@gmail.com. If you’ve already used a service during that period, we may deduct its value from your refund. Refunds are paid within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal.

9. Liability

We provide our services with due care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage, lost profit, or delays outside our control (force majeure, road closures, extreme weather). Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under Serbian law.

10. Website and app use

Don’t misuse our website or app. That includes attempts at unauthorized access, false requests, or interfering with the service. All content, logos, and materials belong to AM Club and may not be copied without permission.

11. Personal data

We process your personal data in line with the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection. See our Privacy Policy below.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version is always on this page. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept it.

13. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. We’ll try to resolve any dispute amicably first. Otherwise, the competent court in Novi Sad has jurisdiction. Consumers may also use out-of-court consumer dispute resolution.

What we store

When you message us on Facebook Messenger or Instagram we store: your name as Meta displays it, the conversation identifier Meta assigns, the text and time of your messages, and our reply. We store a phone number only if you send it.

Purpose

To answer your question about our roadside assistance packages and services. A reply is drafted by our software and reviewed and approved by a staff member before it is sent. We do not send marketing messages and we never message first.

Processors

Meta Platforms (message delivery), Supabase (database), DigitalOcean (EU server), OpenAI (model that helps draft replies). We do not sell your data or share it for any other purpose.

Retention

While the conversation is active and at most 12 months after the last message. Backups are deleted after 14 days.

How to delete your data

Send “Delete my data” in your Messenger or Instagram conversation with AM Club, or email kontakt@amcsrbija.rs with the name you use on Facebook or Instagram. Within 30 days we delete your conversation, our replies, and any phone number you sent, and we confirm through the same channel. Backups expire after 14 days.
